    Twice a Week Training. Fun atmosphere that is encouraging and exciting. Obstacle courses, team relays, timed competitions, and plenty of obstacle training helps kids get stronger and better at other sports while having a ton of fun.

    What is it?

    It’s a way of working out that constantly challenges you, never bores you, and is always fun.

    Every workout is about an hour long, and is divided into 3 sections: Warm-Up, Strength, and Conditioning. Then either Coach Shawn or Coach Ashley explains the workout (which is programmed by us every day). In our gym, no one ever works out by himself or herself. So you’ll talk to your partners and decide who’s going in what order, and then we’ll start the timer and you’ll get busy.

    When the strength portion of the workout is done, we’ll move into the conditioning segment, which always includes abs and always gets your heart rate up. Shawn is an expert in the energy systems of the body and programs workouts that are perfectly balanced so that no system is ever fatigued to the point of injury.

    Afterwards, chat with friends while you hang out and cool down.

    And that’s it! You’ve just completed your first Gauntlet workout. Your first class is always free, and we cant wait for you to come back for a whole month!
